today i woke up and fely like crap..and i still feel really sick.!well today i dumped my BF and idono why sooo no one ask but my friend was like hes was going ti cry you could see it on his face.!adn yeah..well it feels reallly good to be SINGLE i havent frlt really happy and streassed in a while but now that im single i feel soo much bettter and idno why.!?well today i had cheerleading pratice and we were ptting this gurl named brea up n the air and when we craddled she fell right on my throught<---our how ever you spell it..well on top of being sick i just had a girl fall on one of the parts that i felt sick the most..and then out of all things we had to do sucides..OMFG i thought i was going to die we hav a 9 pannel floor and we had to do every line and if anyone didnt go down and touch the ground we had to start over..i thought i was going to pass out and cassie to we were both weazzing and idono why i was i mean because i dont have asmtha our anything but i guess it was because i was sick.!well ima really tired i think im going to pass out soo im going to go get ready for bed and hit it.!
