Sky Show
This weekend has definitely been one of the best weekends i've had in awhile!
*Friday after school i hung out with timmy and went to the mall and stuff, then to my house for awhile. I was so tired when we got there and fell asleep. i felt bad about that..i didn't mean to.
*Saturday was alright. I cleaned mostly the whole day because my mom told me that if i clean most of the house that she would give me $50, so of course i did it..but i didn't do as much as she wanted i guess because she only ended up giving me $40..oh well. then later i had caroline over.
*Sunday was the SkyShow! It was an AWESOME time. even though it rained most of the time, it was great. I went with timmy, matt, and their friend bill, but a ton of people from school were there. Johnny was also there! i hadn't seen him in a long time. we went back to his friend's car to get something..but it was locked and strangely none of them had a key to get into the car, but only a key to start the car. so with the great skills of A Kid Who's Name I Forget they were able to get into the car by tieing johnny's belts together and unlocking the door. quite impressive..was a funny sight to see being as it was down pouring this whole time and johnny refused to get wet saying "my hair is getting messed up" even though i saw no difference in it after the rain than before..and also the near death experience of three of then running in front of a car..accidentally of course ;). got lost from johnny and his friends and met up with amanda, chelsea, steph, cherri, and a lot of other people from campbell. the bands started playing and what not (i forget who the first to go on was)and it was pretty cool. I got put up and got to crowd surf!! was my first time doing it and it was awesome and i didn't get dropped on my head like i saw happening to so many others! amazing, no? later i met up with lynn and laura and went to Dunkin's for some food because i really wanted a doughnut with colorful sprinkles =) When we were heading back into the park i saw a lot of people from Trinity. it was kind of weird seeing them..i didn't expect so many to be there. i miss them! i even saw ryan kieffer..that was funny. anyways..watched Theory of a Dead Man play and i caught one of the picks they were throwing out..it actually just landed on my shoulder and some guy was like "hey here you go..you should keep that as a souvenir" in a really mexican accent and handed it to me. later..we went under the bridge on the rocks but decided to go back down to see Skid Row play. matt, timmy, and me got really close to the stage but then we kind of lost matt and found bill..idk..it was all confusing and i got a bad foot to the head and acquired a splitting headache that went away after a little while but returned with the first BOOM of the fireworks. band played throughout the fireworks and it was AMAZING. i loved every minute of it! was definitely one of the best nights i have had all year spent with awesome people! when it was all over..me, laura, lynn, kath, and jesse piled into the car and went back to the house to sleep. great night..can't wait until next year.
*Today was a nice little thing we call a holiday =)
i enjoyed it throughly
Highlights of today included..
*walking to Mel's and getting the ice cream guy in trouble
*tanning on the roof
*locking lynn on the roof in the rain
*teaching my dog how to roll over
*hanging out with Al
*going to see a movie with griffin going way too fast on that damn high way and getting to see his wicked cool "bass bumpin'" car light! quite an amazing light!
*listening to the Karate Kid song on the way home
*talking to timmy
my mom's been a bitch today though and were not on "talking terms" anymore..oh well..stupid shit.
