People don't want to think for themselves because then they have no excuse for their ignorance.

The problem with my mind is...

that before I've even finished a sentence, my brain has already come up with the NEXT sentence; Not only THAT, but before I've even said something, it has already come up with NUMEROUS ways to either defend that idea, or ways to counter any possible arguments. That is not to say that you become STUBBORN, RIGID and CLOSE MINDED. Speaking for myself, I can figuratively hear what the average person would say before they say it. Being able to shift your perspective is crucial to empathy or to sympathy; Call it intuition, or call it Familiarity...

Either way...

This INTERNAL Dialogue encompasses several points of views; I'd like to think I'm quick with comebacks because I've had all the bullets loaded into the chamber before the dialogue even started.

Which is just a wordy way of saying: I think everything through... and I've already killed you in my head several times in several different and imaginative ways. All Purely in a figurative sense, of course; Through words... "Duh." LOL

That is why I love people who think and who can see things from different angles, because my brain goes, "Oh uh! This guy is Divergent, that means I can't PREDICT his next move. Good, this will be fun and perhaps, even mind expanding."

But no.. seriously, ever played chess? You don't just plan your moves based on what the person did; True, you take THAT into account, but you've gotta have both a long term plan, and a short term plan... and like all good plans, they must take into accounts possible obstacles and/or variables and ways to deal with said variables... Anything less would be:

Illogical.

See what I did there?
