pilates = ♥

ten minutes for each part of the body
cool breathing exercises
no sweaty nastiness
stretchyness and posture
no annoying lady with weird motivational speeches.

i think i've found a keeper.
i always hated running.

okay mummies were cool.
imax was eh, it wasn't really about mummies
it was about the nile. which was awesome but a little off topic.
