help me plz !!
ok am gOing thru an issue with my computer so here it gOes pay attention people :
ok u nOe how in ur desktOp (ur screen w/e u wanna call it) it has the little bar with the START button and the lil icOns from ur cOmputer nd the time??? yes ok.. well u nOe how dat lil bar is always at the bOttom of the screen were its soppuse tO be nd were it is on every single computer in the wOrld??? yes ok.. well i restarted my computer nd wen i looked at it the bar NOW is on the right side of the screen .. it looks like if the bar is standing up cuz the START button is all the way on tOp nd da lil icOns r on the buttom.. ok sO everyone understands me right??
this is my prOblem i dOnt want it there i want my desktOp tO be nOrmal i want that lil bar in the bOttom likes its soppuse tO be.. i'v gOne everywere.. to settings, contrOl panel. i'v mOved it with the arrow side tO side but it wOnt work..
