my sister and i have been offered a house to rent in beaumont. it so so cute. the guy bought the house specifically to refurnish it to rent out. i'm tellin you...it's like the best looking house on the block. i'm not happy about it being in beaumont(further out) but i'm stoked if it works out...it'll be me and my sister's in our own house. way cool. i'll keep you all posted on if it falls through. please pray about it.
