lol when i read ur lj i remembered this episode of gilmore girls where the grandma asked lorelai how she gets a man and that she has this catch phrase that she gets all the men with and lorelai was like um hello? and emily was like is that all it takes i mean u just walk up to a man and say hello? and lorelai was like um yea mom and then like a couple days later the grandma calls lorelai and is like i used ur catch phrase and it worked and lorelai was like what catch phrase? and emily was like hello and lorelai was like umm thats not my catch phrase thats not even a catch phrase and emily was like well whatever it worked now get over here and help me pick out an outfit

LOL sry i just had to do that umm yea so say hello thats how u make the first move haha but are we talking about a stranger or ur bff?? bc then if so its more complicated than just hello which im sure u know of in which case i have no idea how u make the first move if i were u i would just casually bring it up like for instance start talking about relationships and say how uve always wondered what it would be like to be with some1 u were already close to dont mention him or u liking him just casually bring it up ask him if he thought it would be a good idea if u guys ever hooked up but be Totally casual and like u wouldnt care what he said. thats what i did and it worked so good luck!
