Farewell to the Lies
Yes, folks, San Francisco's own, the Lies have disbanded. The five members of the Lies, including the husband and wife duo, Dale and Sadie Shaw, started in 1998. During that time they signed with Kill Rock Stars, and have released 2 full-length albums, including the recent *Resigned*, not to mention numerous compilation albums.
Fans of the Lies are not to be dismayed though, Sadie Shaw has just released the debut EP, from her new band, the Vanishing, which were recently featured in the Runs with Scissors weekly album rotation.
