So, photospam post, let me show you my old accommodation kitchen. :'D I was so lazy in posting them, but I shall right now.
So if you'll remember this post about my "
7 star hotel", this is the kitchen that came with the said "7 star hotel":
It actually felt nice and clean and new when I got there but... yeah. It wasn't that dirty yet. I took this picture about 3 - 4 weeks into living over there, and believe me it got progressively worse when the time passed by. I stayed there for about 2 months and 2 - 3 weeks so...yeah. There was one person who cleaned up the whole place, but then it got to about this level about 3 days later so...
Remember how I debated how it was a tough decision whether to move away or not? Much better now that I did. The old place, though it's catered, doesn't provide meals during the university holidays, which is...well rubbish, still not catered then! I might as well have gone for self-catered in the first place. So it's still a right choice to do this, so don't be tricked if you're going to get catered in the UK! Check their catering timings!
...Best thing is, the one particular important bus service doesn't operate then when it's Easter AND December holidays, which makes it the BEST TIME TO TRAVEL RIGHT yeah. Bullshit. I like my current place hundred times better. Speaking of which, here, kitchen at my current place:
And there we go, my current kitchen. It does get a little messy at times, can't help it since there are two boys around, but then it does get cleaned up about this level once every week. WHAT'S AMAZING IS SOMEONE USED INSANELY INSANE BLEACH ON THE HOB. That's crazy clean - I've never seen it like that before. Ask
causscion-waifu! She's come here twice, and twice she's seen the hob. It was really gross, and it's now sparkling. ...The girls are crazy in cleaning it. haha waifu if you're reading this don't envy my kitchen
Guess I can say I really don't regret my decision to study in England. And woo, ICU here I come babeh. JAPAN HERE I COME. I'll be in you since late August this year, so PREPARE YOURSELF. Just thinking of going to Japan makes me look like this:
I don't care even if it's going to be 20 hours of Japanese per week. Better get used to this gdi. \o/ Gonna have to study hard!
Finally, if you want to, pop by IRC tomorrow~ I'll be around then to chat, I guess.
