We begin where Usagi looks pissed off. There is of course, only one reason, as Misaki himself knows.

Reason? Because he keeps getting calls and mails from people who congratulate him upon his success in obtaining an "unofficial decision*" to become employed by Marukawa.

*note: "unofficial decision", 内定 means that you are probably going to be hired, but still on the 'tentative' list. Do correct me if this is wrong.

Usagi looks up from his papers and grumbles about Misaki, asking Misaki why he isn't sick of getting those calls at all. Of course, Misaki rather enjoys the attention he's finally given (LOL) and then he receives a mail! Three guesses who it is!

...you need not. Of course, it's none other than Ijuuin. Ijuuin thanks Misaki for the meeting the other day (remember, if you read the summary, outside the bookstore) and congratulates Misaki. Of course, he hasn't given up on attempting to treat Misaki to eat something.

Misaki is flustered and doesn't want Usagi to know about it since he'll "be killed". Aside from that, he recalls of their coincidental meeting at the bookstore just yesterday. He comments that they seemed to be having a "gentlemanly conversation", but deep down he knows that "nothing is scarier than a gentlemanly Usagi". So, according to Misaki, his instincts acted up and reminded him to butt into the conversation, ending it, and thus Usagi decides to get his car. (All done in case all hell breaks loose, and there's bloodshed.)

It is at that point of time where Usagi goes to get the car, and Ijuuin asks Misaki for his email add. And so, they have become email-buddies just like that. Misaki thinks that with that kind of situation, there was no way he could say no to Ijuuin's request. As he types his reply, he thinks of how much it is an honor to be exchanging mails with someone he has always "respected" and "liked".

In those emails they exchange, it seems like Ijuuin has every intention to ask Misaki out for a meal. Misaki tries to end the conversation by kindly turning down, but those mails will not stop. And now, Usagi looms behind his back and asks when he has begun to exchange email address with someone else, and unreasonably demands him to block the address. Again, Usagi believes that Ijuuin is very interested in Misaki, and Misaki replies by telling Usagi to "stop treating everyone like they're a homo!".

For once, Misaki is able to make Usagi falter in his advances by retaliating saying that this would be the place he would be working in, and so he should not be disrespectful towards a mangaka like him, or it may affect his position (Misaki's). Usagi is unable to retort for now, but the next phone call comes and Usagi snatches it, acting by saying something like what a default voicemail would say. (Y'know, your "Sorry, but the call right now is unavailable" or something like that.) But, it's apparently Takahiro.

And to hide that, he responds to Takahiro that Misaki "bugged" Usagi to say that (the voicemail-like response), which is of course a lie.

Misaki turns away and leaves Usagi to speak to Takahiro, and is rather miffed at what Usagi's worried about - Ijuuin going after him. Again, he grumbles that Usagi is narrow-minded, and goes on to think that he himself was never popular in the first place (so it would be impossible for Ijuuin to run after him). Then he sits down and thinks, "No, that's not true. I'm rather popular right?!" But those who have been somewhat interested in him are listed: Usagi, Usagi-ani and Kaoruko.

Usagi is done with the call and tells Misaki that Takahiro wants to have a meal with both of them next time. And just right, the doorbell rings. A package has been delivered! Apparently, it's sent by Mizuki. And whoa, an expensive-looking watch, probably to congratulate Misaki upon the tentative decision to work at Marukawa. Misaki is stunned but shocked at how expensive that watch is and wants to return it. But above that, Usagi asks if Misaki did tell Mizuki about his job-hunting. And apparently Misaki said that it was a "promise" between them. Usagi figured that Mizuki might just report about anything to Usagi-chichi.

That aside, there's also a letter addressed to him. He opens and reads that contains a rather nice start, until the part where he tells Misaki not to have reactions like this, "I don't have enough credits! What do I do?!"

Thus, Misaki concludes that Mizuki will forever be Mizuki, which Usagi agrees.

We shift the scene to school and it turns out that, Misaki really doesn't have enough credits.

...of course not. Misaki comments that it's not because he lacks them, but because the lesson he chose has (Kamjiou the Devil) the most unreasonable teacher ever who is stingy in giving points. Misaki also further goes on to say that he always just makes it for tests, and the teacher won't care about whatever you do - if you fail, you fail. (ouch.) And so if that particular subject [everyone basically] fails, then it means that there will be no credits for them.

Toudou thus breathes a sigh of relief for him, and tells Misaki to just work harder that's all. Misaki knows that, except that he feels that ever since he's obtained that tentative decision from Marukawa, he has used up all his luck thanks to that. Toudou feels Misaki is too negative, and pats Misaki on the head as encouragement, telling him that if Misaki has anything he doesn't know, he can always look for Toudou for help. To perk Misaki's spirits, Toudou reminds that they will be waiting for The Kan's movie, and so they should look forward to it.

And Misaki is grateful (omg y so cute? ;~;) for having such an awesome friend. Which reminds him, he should tell Toudou about the text he received from Ijuuin - an invitation for the both of them to go over to Ijuuin's place to...er, play.

But, he receives a call! From Kimura of Marukawa (?? who's this? *does not remember*), and Misaki thanks Kimura as he has gotten a job at Marukawa. (I don't remember this bit?) Kimura asks when Misaki could go back to doing his part-time work (remember, Aikawa asked him!) back there. But Misaki is busy and said he will return only later when he settles stuff at school, which Kimura agrees and asks him to text whenever he feels ready to return. Kimura also added, "I think Ijuuin-sensei will also be glad." (DUN DUN DUN) Misaki ponders about this remark of Kimura's. He doesn't have that much time to ponder though, as the call ended with Kimura congratulating him once again.

Misaki then realizes that Ijuuin probably had not told the editorial department about Misaki, hence the "I think Ijuuin-sensei will also be glad". Misaki also decides that it's a good thing because Ijuuin is big-shot in the company, so it's better to "place distance" between them both and not get too close. (Makes sense - remember the previous bit where Isaka questions Misaki about things with Usagi, and Misaki mentions about getting in without using connections and not relying on Usagi?)

Toudou then remembers that Misaki's landlord is also someone who works at Marukawa. So he asks Misaki if Misaki will be prepared to become an editor for Usagi, to which Misaki makes that horrible face and goes, "Give me a break~~"

Misaki knows that Usagi is also another important person working at Marukawa, but the case isn't like Ijuuin. Because, to Misaki, "Usagi-san is special".

And NEXT! We even have Sumi-senpai calling to congratulate Misaki. (Usagi becomes suspicious in the background.) And then Sumi asks if Usagi is around, though Misaki is quite reluctant to say/do anything about that, Sumi shouts from the phone, "Usami-san, I will make sure that Misaki will not become polluted even after entering the working society-----" (Probably means not to be soiled in some way. Society, society... *translator headdesks*) Usagi is not amused, and Sumi goes "Ahhh feels good now" and just hangs up, with some of Misaki!flailing.

And then tadaaaaa~, Usagi's 'Making Misaki Faint Without Using Any Drugs, Unless You Counted Alcohol As One' plan begins! (*translator just made that up*) Using the brilliant excuse of celebration, Usagi asks Misaki to drink up. Misaki is apparently very unaware of cunning!Usagi's plans. He only uses feeble attempts like turning down to drink because he isn't a wine connoisseur of any type and that'll only make the sake go to waste. And on top of that, he comments, "Having such great vintage sake with omelet rice is a bit..."

BUT! Gullible!Misaki goes "...it's good..." after just one sip! *le gasp* He goes on to say that even if he doesn't know if it's top-notch wine, he still thinks it's good. And so Usagi's plan is about 99% complete as he urges Misaki on to drink!

And so, 3 panels later (the final panel with the sub-panels don't count) Misaki has concussed. Usagi *fwips* his phone out and then...

We see an extremely lavish room which Misaki wakes up to. He thinks to himself, "Oh yes, I'll sleep longer today because there's no school" and drops back into the bed, wakes up again and is happy about his surroundings - birds chirping, greenery all around. And then he finally realizes, "This place is."

He zooms down the stairs and is greeted by Tanaka, which again Misaki can never remember the damn name and calls him Sebastian again. (Not to be confused with that demon butler.) Tanaka 'sidetracks' and congratulates Misaki again about work, but Misaki still wonders where the hell they were.

Usagi pops by next, and we know it's the Usami's villa. It took that many pages and that many panels for gullible!Misaki to finally realize cunning!Usagi's plans - the plan was exposed. Usagi's reason is to allow Misaki to "escape from earthly life". And by that, he means that their villa was "designed so that cellphones are unable to be used", to which Misaki questions this kind of stupid system.

That scene ends and finally we see the huge wonderful Usami house. Where Misaki looks at it in terror, thinking, "Nii-chan, Usami house is definitely Usami house."

And next, we see Tanaka preparing to leave, and still being the perfect butler (not as much as Sebastian dammit!) he politely informs Misaki that everything has been prepared. Misaki, again, attempts to call him Sebastian but was politely reminded by Tanaka himself. Misaki politely thanks Tanaka for the work and the butler leaves.

The boy tries to work his phone outside but apparently it still doesn't work. (*translator thinks this is the work of evil!Usagi*) It doesn't work as Usagi uses 'Heart-throbbing Messages To Misaki' like, "Misaki, spend time with me once in awhile".

IT IS VERY EFFECTIVE.

Misaki's heart thumps and complains that he's always with Usagi anyway. He brings up the question about Usagi's work, though Usagi shrugs it off and assures Misaki, at first. Then he remembers he does have something he needs to give in, though he shrugs it off easily again. Misaki however won't let Usagi have it, despite Usagi saying that Misaki will become bored if no one was to keep him company. Still, Misaki pushes Usagi to work and says he'll talk a walk outside. Usagi warns him about bears.

Misaki tries his phone again but doesn't work, sighs and goes to have an 'adventure' anyway. The adventure consisted of walking all the way to the main entrance (gate) of the Usami villa. All in all, according to Misaki, it took 30 minutes to get there. On top of that, if he thinks that if he "gets lost, it'll be a problem". Though, surprise surprise, who do we see at the gate?

None other than Haruhiko, Usagi-ani!

Apparently Haruhiko is in that area because of work, and since he was in that area, might as well go to the Usami villa. Then Haruhiko pulls Misaki away. Again.

For some desserts. Misaki just wishes that Usagi will quickly finish his work, and even if he does finish fast, he wishes Usagi to not leave the place. (Or find that Misaki is missing and start panicking.) Haruhiko asks if Misaki liked those confectionary (they were being served) and Misaki says yes, especially to taiyaki.

Then he stops short, realizing that he just said something he shouldn't have. (He'd probably be sent loads of taiyaki next.) Misaki quickly shifts the topic away from this, and congratulates Haruhiko for becoming the company's president. (He heard it from Mizuki.) Haruhiko thinks this is nothing much as it's only within the organization. He continues to say that in the past, he had always wanted to do something related to architecture, and now he feels that he has achieved something great. According to him, it's all "thanks to you [Misaki]". He then, in turn, congratulates Misaki for getting the tentative job offer.

From this part onwards, pages 36 to 39 in the zip/rar file, please read this post to understand (if you have not done so). After you've done so, these other two, here and here, are optional.

After this, Misaki goes back to the mansion, head full of thoughts. He wonders if he should tell Usagi about meeting his brother, and he's bothered about what Usagi-chichi says about him as well. He suddenly veers off thinking, "...if he reveals to nii-chan about my relationship with Usagi..." which leads him to some more normal Misaki flailing, where his brother would "kill him". He wonders what he should do to get recognition from Usagi-chichi, just obtaining that tentative offer wasn't enough, though he himself feels that the offer was a "miracle" already.

And then, poor poor Misaki is lost. Totally lost. He suddenly remembers Usagi's haunting last words, "There might be bears". He seriously begins to panic and tries to call for Usagi. Literally, out loud. He hears some rustling from a bush nearby and suddenly, he screams, "IT'S A BEAR!"

...even though bears don't hold torch lights and aren't that skinny. Usagi asks if Misaki is lost, which the boy vehemently denies. Then he pulls Misaki by his hoodie and says that they'd go and continue walking around here. Misaki asks where he's taking them both to, and Usagi simply answers, "The sky", which simply put is his "secret area".

We're shown a two spread page with a vast sky beautifully decorated with shining stars which Misaki is in awe of. Misaki is so in awe he asks if this is Usagi's "secret headquarters" (quite a far cry from "secret area" I must say).

Usagi then explains that he's been living in England before 10. So when the summer in Japan becomes unbearable, he'd always go to this place. (Probably relaxing since it's breezy and there are loads of trees.) He says that when he's alone, he'd go around exploring and he then found this place. He'd bring a torch light and water and stay there to watch the sky. He had never intended to show anyone else this place, and thus he presents this to Misaki as a congratulatory gift, for obtaining the tentative offer.

Even though Misaki is touched, he still questions if Usagi forcefully brought him here to show him the place, which Usagi agrees to. Usagi adds on that it's also because there were too many people who contacted Misaki about it and he feels he should've been the one to celebrate with Misaki first. (Gurr, jealousy yo.)

Misaki shrugs it off and, a little awkwardly, he says he's touched. Misaki still stares up at the sky in awe, thinking it's the first time he's seen such a sky since he was born. Then Misaki realizes something, that this scene was something that was once described in one of the novels (no not the BL ones) of Usagi's. Usagi was pleasantly surprised that Misaki actually read his book. Misaki remembers since he says it "left a very deep impression in me [Misaki]."

However, he internally apologizes to Usagi because of how crappy the book was. But yet he felt that probably because it was written by the younger Usagi, so even though it was a happy ending, it still gave him a sense of loneliness after all. He then ponders how Usagi felt when he looks up at the sky, and if he wrote this book based on this sky.

He is then reminded of Usagi-chichi. Remember how Usagi-chichi said Usagi is easily hurt, so he warned Misaki not to use that kind of half-assed feelings to treat Usagi? At this point of time, Misaki blurts out, loud and clear, "I want to be with Usagi-san."

Which jolted Usagi and Usagi wonders if something was wrong with Misaki - a fever, maybe? Misaki is embarrassed and gets up and tries to leave but ohnoez, Usagi's sexual power is now over niiiiiiinnee thouuuuuusaaaaand!

Using all that high and mighty Lord Usami tone, he responds, "You and I together is a definite." Misaki then gets up and starts huffing and puffing over Usagi using that "Mighter than thou" kind of attitude at him, and he also continues to say that he will still grow! (*translator at this point snickers, audience please follow*)

Lord Usami continues his reign over Misaki, "You know that you and I together is a must, right?" and "That's because I love Misaki".

Finally (*translator requests you all to flip to page 59*), "That's because this is my everything." And Misaki thinks to himself, "Even though I'm bothered being told having that half-assed feelings towards Usagi, I no longer want to have those kind of feelings."

Kiddos, this is the time you interpret the scenes yourself. Well, self-explanatory, isn't it? Replace mini bubbles with "hah", "ah", "nn", "ngh", "ya" and SFX with thrust, lick, push, squelch and maybe occasional thump for Misaki's heart etc.

Ahem, now let's move onto Misaki's thoughts: Even though it was merely a kiss, my entire body feels like a throbbing mass.

Aaaand Usagi says, "You really like being played with here", and "Which would you prefer I touch?"

Let's stopp with the dirty talk and return to Misaki's thoughts: How many times have our bodies met? Even though the sound of friction of clothes and bed sheets, Usagi-san's sweet voice, those cold hands and the hot body has never changed, it's always embarrassing. Even though it's embarrassing, yet it still feels good so it's difficult to get used to. Usagi-san is surprised about this. Even so Usagi-san always, always embraces me gently.

And in between all his thoughts, Usagi laughs at how Misaki is never going to get used to smexytiemz. Misaki then retorts, albeit weakly, "It's embarrassing when you're doing something embarrassing and yet not feel embarrassed about it." This earned Misaki an 'Usagi Pat!' on his head!

Usagi says, "Don't stir me up..." (Could've used "turn me on" instead because that seemed more appropriate but let's just go with what the dictionary says.)

Pounding resumes, with Misaki's thoughts: I once bragged shamelessly to Usagi-san that he can't live without me // But in reality, it's me who can't live without him.

We've returned to their normal daily lives~ But Usagi's not happy. Why?

Oh...some presents for congratulating Misaki. It consists of Usagi-chichi sending another bunch of bears catching salmon or something, and then Usagi-ani who also sent craploads of taiyaki, and finally Kaoruko who apparently shipped her damned cake from France to Japan. >>;

And then a huuuuuge bouquet from Ijuuin! Yay~ But! Sensing danger from Usagi, he tries to calm the man down by assuring that even though those presents were awesome, he likes Usagi's presents better.

In fact, Usagi's prepared another present for Misaki. He knows Misaki dislikes the super crazy expensive stuff, so he specifically got coupons for Misaki. (Discounts and stuff, vouchers~) The coupons are wonderful! They consist of: Hug Me, Kiss Me, French Kiss etc, 24 hours available, unlimited. Completely free.

Misaki asks what the hell those are, and Usagi said that the one he made in the past was torn apart by Misaki, so he decided he'd make another one. Misaki responds "WHO THE HELL WOULD USE THIS" and again tears it apart.

Unfortunately, Usagi has prepared another 100 books of those. That also includes the clothes that he may need when he officially goes to work.

He cancels a coupon and commands Usagi not to spend and waste money.

However, Usagi in return answers, "Misaki, seems you always had a doubt but, ever since I was born I've never bought anything useless."

Which Misaki screams, "AT LEAST LEAVE SOME MONEY FOR RETIREMENT!"

In the final two black boxes, "Nii-chan, how should I even begin to educate this person?"

The final line right on the left-most with the star: seems like there'll still be a lot of things happening for awhile...

HOW'S THIS?! Long-ass summary enough for you? I bet only a few of you survived all the way to the end of this summary. Please ignore typos if you see any - it's done one-shot and I didn't do any spell check or reading over...

For those who still need act 24 and 26's summaries, please go here. (Misaki's job-hunting.)

Finally! Thank you for reading, and hope you've enjoyed~ /dies
