Progress!
I have done laundry, made oatmeal-apple-craisin cookie dough, and have everything needed for some meat pies to be frozen. I think I'm going to do them like an English pasty, where the fillin's are folded up in the dough, instead of formal pies. *ponder* Must find the flaky-crust recipe, too; I like the vodka-crust recipe flavor, but want to use the flaky-crust technique to get nice layers in the crust. Nobody likes a floppy pie crust, yes?
I also determined that in order to build iOS apps, I optimally need a Mac running OS X 10.6.6, so that project is on hold. *sigh*
*squints at time* So tomorrow is crust making, cookie baking, pie making, laundry processing, dish washing, and trying to make progress on freelance web-work. And all that needs to be done between 9a and 3p, so I can take Themselves directly to the barn after school and get some Horse Time in! *splat* The problem with being a "housewife" is I can't quit and get a different job with better hours and more pay! :P This whole "no vacation or sick time" really sucks, too; I would have Words with HR, but they seem to be nonexistent. ;)
