I've been reading a lot lately, so much so that I started to read some self-help books.
Apparentely, I'm too angry. Or at least the book says on page 39, where it explains short tempers and situations that sound eerily like my everyday life.
It's not like I can help it much either... with people like Axel and Larxene around...
But it says that if you count to ten and take a deep breath, your anger will go away magically, and you'll calm down.
So. I'll give it a go, and try to go a week without getting angry at someone.
I don't vouch for how alive I'll be at the end of it though.
