(no subject)
So yesterday didnt turn out to be that great of a day...the afternoon was pretty good no complaints there but work was horrible. Not the casino is insanely busy type horrible but the exact opposite. I spent a good 1/3 of my night standing at dead tables. One might say what is wrong with that steve you are getting paid great to stand their and do nothing. While I normally agree, i couldnt last night. Standing at those dead tables with a sore sprained ankle didnt help too much, at least if i was dealing my mind wouldnt have been on how sore it was because i would be thinking about what i am doing. Also the pistons were playing last night and I would have much rather been parked in front of a television than standing at an empty table at the casino. Also with as slow as it was, tips were horrible...i probably mangaged a good $30 which is about $70 short of my goal for the night and well a ton short of the $1,300.00 that i made last saturday. It wasnt all bad, it just made for a long night especially seeing as in how there where many other things i would have been doing. Oh well...gotta get paid...
Well Im about to head back off to work for the afternoon...i get out at 8pm and then its time to find something for this kid to do!
