a gorgeous friday afternoon
It's a Friday in early November. The sun is shining and it's 68 degrees. Days like this don't come often in the fall in Nebraska, and it's starting to get dark by 5. So I decided to take a few vacation hours, and I snuck out of work early.
Now I'm headed outside to crank up some Kelly Clarkson and rake leaves for a couple hours before I go pick up the roomie's dog from doggie daycare.
