ants on a log
Since I posted with the depressing yesterday, I decided I'd post with the blessings today. One of the blessings I've been counting of late is my bible study. I get to spend my Tuesday nights with an outstanding group of women who not only are insightful but also hysterical. Last night, a few of us got together to make dinner for tonight's GAMe meeting. I think it's going to be delicious: chicken salad sandwiches (with grapes and celery), pasta salad with cucumbers, tomatoes and italian dressing, chips, and dirt pie! And after we finished making dinner, we used the leftover celery to make ants on a log, which somehow I missed out on enjoying in my childhood. (For those not in the know, ants on a log is just celery with peanut butter and raisins on top.)
