Oh yeah, fools.

TOP MUSIC MOMENTS:

1. Radiohead- Thinking About You.

God! This song is such a classic. Most-perfect. I got chills the first time I heard it, it's so good. Especially at this part:
Who bribed the company to come and see you honey?

/chills/

Most excellent.

2. From Autumn to Ashes- Reflections

This song is /perfect/. There is nothing that could possibly make it better. It's smooth, but still raw and perfectly embodies the carnal energy of every first record. Of course, the album has to be listened to as a whole, this being a sort of climax, almost responded to by Short Stories with Tragic Endings.
The Intro is brilliant.

And just as awesome...

3. From Autumn to Ashes- Short Stories with Tragic Endings.

It's classic. I can't think of anything to say about it right now, except maybe "wow."

Just say you would do the same for me...

4. Taking Back Sunday- Head Club/Bike Scene

I don't know why, but I always listen to these songs together, as a pair. They just fit well one after another. Always Bike Scene, then Head Club.

Bike Scene is one of those songs you really hate but can't stop listening to. It's most excellent in a horrible way. The female vocals make me want to tear my ears off, but I just CAN'T STOP LISTENING TO IT, and the ending finishes it off perfectly.

Then Head Club comes in, and blows the house down. This was my first favourite TBS song, back in seventh grade when I started listening to 'em. The very begining sounds terribleeee, but it just all works well. Most excellent.

I'm only complaining to keep myself busy sweetie, I'm only complaining to keep myself busy sweetie. I can't say I blame you, but I wish that I could. I'm sick of writing every song about you.

And the rest of the day is spent going "don't call my name out your window I'm leaving." Because it gets stuck in your head. Effing catchy emo-pop.

5. Saves the Day- I'm Sorry I'm Leaving.

Perhaps the most cliche song in existance, it's vaugely obnoxious and extremely whiney, but I just LOVE it. It's just so good, one of my favourite acoustic songs in existance. So many great memories, I think everyone can relate to it.
And when he belts out that part:
And OH OH OH, wanted to PULL YOU DOWN, roll on top of me baby, yeah, just ROLL, ROLL, ROLL.
...who can't want to give the poor emo kid a big hug?
<3 this song is seventh grade in a nutshell. I LOVED this song so much. And Still do.

6. I had to put this seperately, I still can't get over this song:
Saves the Day- Rocks Tonic Juice Magic

Everyone must agree this is the band's signiture song. A perfect example of the confessional-type-angry-violence in Chris' lyrics. this is one angry kid. Rage like WOAHHH.
I mean, who doesn't like to hear singing about digging out your Ex's eyes and "Swallowing them down to your colon"?
I know I love it.

And the ending, again, most-masterful.
You and I are like when fire and the ocean floor collide...

(I will update another five NEXT WEEK. I think this should be a tradition...)
