HOLA.
Soooooooooo I'm back. I haven't updated in a while. Oh weeeell. My life is boring as shit, which we all know by now, so yeah. No big deal.
Anyways, we (my family) got back from Tampa today. They have the most AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME bowling place there EVER. It's called Splitsville, and it's like this huge sports bar with like 12 bowling lanes. There's a table at each lane for the people who are bowling and you eat and watch football and play pool and all that. I was kinda with my parents though so it wasn't as fun, but when I turn 16 me and some of you people are SO going down to Tampa for like a week. There's a huge downtown venue with that place and a theatre and like 5 restaurants. Then there's this other place called Ebor City. It's this old Latin quarter with all these night clubs and restaurants and shops and just STUFF. My mom used to go there with her friends before it was "crazy like it is now", as she says. Also, there's like a Starbucks every 2 blocks. It's heaven. I coulda stayed for another week but yeah. There's this little shit thing called SCHOOL coming up next week.
Speaking of which, I'm not looking forward to it. I wasn't even able to keep track of what time I've been waking up due to being a lazy ass these entire two weeks, but my latest was 1:45...AND PROUD OF IT. Like, besides Wednesday and today, I've done pretty much nothing. We went to the mall on Monday but I hardly bought anything. Christmas was alright. It wasn't really exciting like it used to be when all my *oh-so-wonderful* relatives used to come over. Now like...2 come. Hah. Yeah. Our family is so loved.
Our open house was also okay I guess. Nathan wasn't there. I don't care anymore. Boys can just go. Yeah...ANYWAYS. Lotsa other people came though. Like people who my parents have been friends with forever. Some of them saw me and were all like "OH MY GOODNESS LAUREN LOOK HOW MUCH YOU'VE GROWN!&*&!&t@%^$" *makes BFD about how "tall and beautiful" I've gotten*. Yeah sure. At least SOMEONE thinks I'm pretty. Harharharnotfunny.
Let's see. What else. Me and my mom went to see A Series of Unfortunate Events. I LOVED IT. Some people who saw it were like "Omfg that was so not funny with Jim Carrey and all blah blah blah." Nah, really?! "A Series of UNFORTUNATE EVENTS". People amaze me. Yeah? Yeah. Adam Sandler in Spanglish? NOT FUNNY. Good movie? YES. Point proven? Sho' nuff. (I'm still working on the ghetto thing, Kelly.)
So. Not much else to say. Winter sucks. It needs to be really cold, and it's like 55 degrees. That doesn't work for me. I wanted to whip out the faux-fur coat and other wintery-type clothes. But no. It only got super cold on like two days. And guess what my family did? STAYED HOME. Thanks guys.
Anyways, enough of my stuff. That so rhymed...but anyways. I'm gonna go watch The OC becauseIgotitforChristmasandyoudidn't. Neener neener.
