I had Editorial again today. They handed over the grades for the books we presented last week.
I got the highest grade possible of the chart! =)
Lemme explain that: in this signature, professors don't qualify with numbers. They qualify with desaprobado, aprobado menos, aprobado, aprobado mas (something like failed, passed minus, passed, passed plus). You pass from "passed minus" and above.
So yeah, i got a passed plus and my poor, weak and insignificant ego and self esteem, both shone today.
I also had an extra class of Informática (due to all the holidays we had on that signature, they decided to give us an extra class to correct the assignment of the magazine cover), and teachers were really nice, actually. They liked the new idea i brought today. I took pictures of Ivonne like holding an air guitar and then on photoshop i've added the picture of a guitar in collage style, to remark that the guitar is actually made of paper and it's not real. The idea was basically accentuate this idea of the paper guitar and made Ivonne look like "i want this guitar (Billy Joe's guitar, used on the American Idiot tour - i wanted the one he used on Basket Case video but i couldn't find a good picture of it) so fucking much that i don't even care if it's made of paper or cardboard; at least i have it and you don't". It could also be interpreted as "look i have the same guitar as you", when it's not true, it's about the imitation of something/someone we envy, but we can't really make it look the same.
Again, the teachers considered it was a complicated idea, the way to get to the final thing was kinda long, but still they valorated and encouraged me because i was trying to find another way to show the sin that wasn't the classic, lineal one; that i was trying to do something more original. So we got to an arrangement with the bitchy blonde duck (i have two professors on that signature; the bitchy blonde duck and the angel of mercy) and she said she "bought" the idea if i could represent that guitar of cardboard better. So, i'm gonna make a huge cardboard guitar or something to repleace it with the picture later. So, sumarizing, i had a nice day in college today.

Edit: Nacho just called me. A car ran over him today at the bus station. The vehicle was apparently out of control and got up the sidewalk, running over my friend.
It's a fucking miracle he's alright; lots of fissured ribs and multiple traumas on his entire body, but he's alive and at home. The doctor told him he's alive because of his body contexture (we have the same size, practically, so you get the picture. He's a few inches taller than me, only).
Fuck, it's been like 4 weeks since the last time i saw his face. I miss him. Thank Lord that nothing bad really happened to him, if not, i would feel really, really bad, seriously.
