just for clarification purposes, my family is taking a full two weeks of family fun to experience the wonders of road-tripping during which time we will be stopping at the grand canyon.
conversation between my mother and marlee:
Mother: *references someone of a specific age*
Marlee: but ill never live to be that old.
Mother: why not?
Marlee: cause im going to die.
Mother: what? when are you going to die?
Marlee: at the grand canyon. im going to die.
but is this sort of morose behavior all that surprising coming from the girl who was scared of not only voldemort and the easter bunny, but santa clause as well?
it can be a bit disconcerting at times.
