Alrightie…well this summer became so busy for me so I haven’t really been updating. I have been busy with my internship. Im kinda glad. I like it that way. Better than being so bored and all that time goes by so slow. I had such a fun weekend. Friday was just my downtime with myself. I had to chill by myself because work was so crazy for me. It took so much of my energy to attempt to get this stuff on track. Its crazy.
Saturday was so much fun. I went to Annette’s engagement party in Mt. Zion at her fiancee’s place. It was super fun and my Emma and Annie are back from their summer session at Mexico. Scott came with Emma so its nice to see them. I haven’t seen them in a while. Nicki and Jessica were there too. Our whole “family” was there. We’re so proud of our little Nettie and of course we all look so damn good. It runs in our “roomies/family.”::wink wink:: I love you guys.
Anyways after that I went to Champaign and I came to see Anna and everyone because I have missed them soooo much. I finally visited Champaign!!!! I hung out with Rachel, Anna, Cuba, Nik, Sujay, Eric, Jay, David and stuff. It was so much fun. We went to this girl’s apartment. She was really nice. Can’t remember her name but I have seen her so many times now. I feel kinda bad. Eric couldn’t get in to Brothers so we ended up getting a few drinks between the girls at Murphy’s and then dancing and chillin’ at Clyborne’s. It was so much fun dancing and stuff it was awesome. Especially dancing with the bestest dancers in the world. LoL. I loved it. It should always be that fun. We went and chilled at Eric’s place afterwards and then Nik and I just hung out at their apartment and just talked about a cra load of stuff and attempted to watch transformers. lol.The next day I caught up with Sara Lee over lunch before i left. Great times! :)
So new rule for the upcoming year. This weekend made me realize that I feel like im missing out on having fun with geeking all the time so I will try my best to have fun as much as possible. Its senior year. Weekends should always be as fun like that accompanied with my friends. I know junior year was kinda rough with drama and some complications but starting today I let it go. It’s a new year and a new slate and I’ll just take it a day at a time. It’ll be just fun times because in the end my friends are the only thing that keep me sane through insanity of school. I love my friends ^.~
