Apparently I have to drive to another city to an Alltel store talk to a technician who can look up my account number and set up a password for my phone before driving back to my city, logging on my computer, setting up an account through the Alltel website, and filling out the necessary bank information to get my bill amounts auto-deducted. Because, even though they have my social security number and driver's license, they're not permitted to give me my account number by phone.
