Today was today-ish. In history we won the review game (again) and I also got 10 bonus points, so I'm up to 20 now. Learned nothing in physics, talked about the funny kite project we're doing. Spanish was blah, except we watched the next LA CATRINA, which is always a pleasure. Tammyross couldn't get the library for double so we were stuck in the room. Matt made me a messed up sticker. Jazzband was fun because we moved risers, then Kevin helped me study for the vocab quiz I didn't even have (VOR haha).
Then in Klippy Ms. Lynch came to talk about college stuff, and it really made me feel uncomfortable. I feel like a slacker because I haven't taken the SATs yet, and I really don't know what schools I want to go to, so I don't know whether to sign up for any SAT IIs. The whole thing kinda made me feel stupid too, because I really don't know anything about college. All I know is that you go there after high school basically. I feel like I should be on the lookout and do all this stuff early so that I'm not stressed later, but I really don't want to. I'm still trying to make it out of junior year alive, thanks, and trying to do well on the SATs sheesh.
That's another thing I'm worried about--SATs. Mix 98.5 had a girl on their morning show who got a perfect score. I know it sounds dumb, but she made me feel so average haha. I should stop comparing myself to others.
I hate feeling so mediocre (yes babe, I'm allowed to feel this way sometimes, so stop looking at me like that haha).
Then I had softball. We voted for two junior captains. I didn't get picked. C'est la vie.
Damn. Thank God it's vacation soon.
Oh yeah, the jazzband concert was the most amazing experience ever, and I'm mad at myself for not starting sooner. I heart the seniors <3
