You, so novel, what a good idea
ok, it's been quite awhile since i've updated. here's the past week's recap:
i actually had a nice, relaxing weekend. friday consisted of hanging out at conti's. saturday, actually did some homework and baked a cake for my dad's bday. then i headed over to my dad's. later on, we went to my cousin's housewarming party. stayed there for quite awhile. actually ended up having a good time, as the last time i had really seen all my family was before summer even started. sunday i just hung out. had to leave my dad's early for practice. for some odd reason, i almost passed out. we decided that i was most likely dehydrated, though that didn't make sense. o well. monday was blah. tuesday, there was no school. it was a terribly boring day still, unfortunately, because i didn't do anything. yesterday was a pretty easy day. had an eye doctor's appointment, got a new prescription, new contacts, and i'll be getting new frames soon. very happy about that =) today was also very easy. i love it when teachers are more concerned about their schizo gradebooks than their students. had a lax meeting and a sophomore board meeting. supposedly having an officer's meeting at starbucks in an hour too. quite a few meetings apparently.
new york is tomorrow!!!! i'm getting so excited. i haven't been for like a year and a half. we got spamalot tickets, so that will be amazing. my mom also surprised me by scheduling a tour at columbia. add to that some more plays, shopping, and walking around, i've got a great 4-day weekend tomorrow. i'll tell you all my adventures when i get back, as i don't think i'll be online at all.
