Home Brew Update
I plan to rack off the 20 gallon batch of mead early July 4th afternoon.
I'm going to rack a case worth (or two) directly into primed bottles to get a little sparkle. I'm going to keep about half as plain sweet mead. the rest I'll break into 2 (maybe 3) batches for flavoring.
