A picifc?! omo! "Bittersweet Taste" chp. 1
This is an arc story of The Land of Nowhere series. Character details can be seen here--> Click!. Having a break from school has lead me to do this! heh finally continuing on the picfic series of I started last year. I know its short, but please stay tuned for more! :wink: ^^;
Story:
Chp. 1 - Suyuan's unrequited love
When her family stayed in Korea for quite some time, Suyuan's sister, who's older, met Kiyo at an arts college. Suyuan's sister soon started to spend more time with Kiyo and even brought him home. Suyuan was skeptical of Kiyo at first but grew to like him as Kiyo started to teach her how to play the piano. Their relationship as friends grew deeper, but because Kiyo is older he never initiated anything intentionally... Suyuan on the other hand fell in love with him and still cherishes their memories together. Her main rival in this complex relationship is her sister who also has feelings for Kiyo. Now Suyuan is temporarily living apart from her sister and has come to the Land of Nowhere where Kiyo resides. Will Kiyo be surprised...? Will he still treat me the same as before? We shall soon see... =D

Like a sweet lullaby you drew me in, you carried me away into a mesmerizing dream...~
Suyuan: *sigh* I really need to stop thinking about him...
- a few moments later -
Suy: That's right! I should talk to someone... that might help. Hopefully.... sigh...
- At Asul's place -
Suy: *tells the whole story* Well.. what do you think?
Asul: It seems to me...
Asul: ...That Kiyo means a lot to you, and that's why you can't get him off your mind.
Suy: That's pretty obvious isn't it? I mean what can I do?.. Its been a while since I last saw him, and now I can't get the courage to face him myself... I'm so weak..
Asul: I've been through this myself... well not in the exact same way.. but close. Whenever I liked someone, I can't talk properly around them and even pretend to like someone else...
Asul: ... I get so nervous that at one point, I nearly completely ignored that person... to the point of avoiding their gaze and even avoiding conversation.
Suy: .. what happened then?
Asul: Well... that person noticed and asked, upfront about it, I couldn't help but blurt out my feelings. I couldn't forget that moment, it was like time had stopped and I was forced to confess my feelings. It was terrible.
Suy: Oh >_<; [i]Well that helps alot...[/i]
Asul: But! But! you know... that person has never stopped looking at me ever since... he's still by my side now. *giggles to herself*
Suy: Really?! wow.. but that's because you're beautiful Asul, I'm sure lots of guys have fallen for you.
Asul: Oh please... like that makes life what it is. I wish! No, you have to be confident Su! I know Kiyo is not exactly open, funny, or even friendly at times.. but if its you, I have a feeling he would act differently.
Suy: ...Yeah right.. I wish.

" He seems to avoid my gaze sometimes, more nervous than I've ever seen him... why? does he still think I'm too young..? we are about the same age! >:0... or maybe... he ..likes .. someone.. else. Please don't let this be true!!... I still love you.. senpai.."
"I wonder... will Kiyo still treat me the same? I'm nervous to see him again, but this is why I had to leave my sister temporarily... I just can't forget about him. But more importantly, I'm studying too it just happens he lives in the same area, might as well shoot two birds with one stone..."
