OOOOOHMMMMM
today at costco in the frozen food section... i had a revelation! i went for the mexican food and found myself getting "organic bean, rice," veggies, and cheese burritos. then i went to the candy/health bar section and stocked up on protein/soy bars. then i saw some meat and it utterly disgusted me. I'M GIVING UP MEAT GUYS! and im not forcing myself either. it's actually quite nice not to have animal in my diet well besides fish and sushi and that stuff i can't live without it. i think ill stop by windmill farms or henrys and grab some fruits and nuts tomorrow. ahhh i feel so zen. hah.
