SWEET 16!
Wow I've been having an awesome time this month when you don't consider the academics.
Couple weeks ago was Coombes' party. We hung out and watched Eddie Murphy's coming to America and just screwed around. I ended up tackling JC several times. Good times. Then Alyssa came over Sunday and we hung out in my room while my dad was changing the window in my TV room. We like watched movies for like 8 hours. Then I had Monday off and I spent it with my sister who'd just come home from St. John's. Went to the Cheesecake factory and I attempted eating like the tallest sandwich ever and ended up eating it with a fork. We were gonna go see The Guardian but ended up doing something else that I can't remember right now. :D
Then the next weekend was my sweet sixteen party. That was awesome. It was me, Amanda, Anne, Cristina, Alex, Alyssa, JC, Coombes, and Chris. Kevin was gonna come but his parents made him go to the Cape at the last minute. So we all met at my house. Coombes came over like a half hour early. Then everyone else started coming and my front hallway was totally filled. Half the people had no clue what we were doing cuz I couldn't tell anybody. I finally had to tell some people cuz their parents were freaking out since they wanted to know what we were doing. So we were all kinda congregating in the front hall and a white limo shows up and Alex was like OMG! Yeah, the plan was we were going to Su Chang's via limo with none of the parents and then after dinner we would get to ride around Boston for like an hour. It was soooo awesome. There weren't any drinks but we had all the champagne glasses and the balloons and everything. Getting to the restaurant wasn't really a hyper time. We got to the restaurant and started getting hyper. We think it was the tea. Then we got back in the limo and all hell broke loose. Alyssa was going crazy with JC. Cristina was putting the birthday hats in her shirt. Me and Alex were trying to be ghetto. Then all at the same time Chris went completely on overdrive and went crazy then the tickle fights started. Finally, we got home :( and opened up the rest of the presents and the driver told us we were practically saints. I swear I could hear every single one of us snort to that. I would have never thought of us as saints. Like seriously. We were CRAZY! I'll put the pics up later. I need to get some from Anne cuz she's the only one with the pictures in the limo.
Then Tuesday was my real birthday and I went back to the same restaurant. But I was soooo tired. Just the day before I'd ran the whole course with Anne. She's like we're gonna get you running in meets and I was like Ok. So she got me to do the whole course really slowly and I ran in the meet against AC on Tuesday. I felt so awesome even though in the process I almost died. I came in dead last but I was ok with that. My time was 28:45 which I guess is pretty good for beginners. I felt accomplished that I finished. Then this whole week I've been doing like amazing at running. As long as I'm with Anne I can run a lot. It's so awesome. But I think yesterday my body was just like Omg no more...break. Cuz I went to practice and it was only me, Anne, Tim and coach and we ran to Franklin street even though the goal was to get to the compost since there's a lot of trails back there. I didn't make it but I guess it's wicked awesome on the trails. Considering I've done more in a week than I have in 2 months, I'm not surprised it's catching up to me. But coach is already planning on getting me in the League Champs meet on the JV team which is 1.9 miles so hopefully I can fight off this cold that I can feel coming long enough to get to it. The only thing is that I have to survive the meet Tuesday against Bishop Fenwick. I'm not looking forward to that. The first two laps of the track are hell. Oh well.
Last night was Alyssa's party. That was CRAZY! How no one got killed I'll never know. We were ok doing Twister and just hanging out until we had cake that was LOADED with frosting and went out to the garage with little exploding confetti things and the ping pong table. At one point, it was me and JC vs. Coombes and David just whipping ping pong balls at each other. I was cracking up so bad. Omg it was hysterical. Then me and Corey got ahold of a tennis ball and were just tossing it back and forth then Coombes decides he wants the ball and then so does Mills and David so it was me and Corey vs. three guys. Very interesting. Half the time Coombes was trying to wrestle/tickle it away from me. Mills was just chasing me until I gave him a good kick and David just joined in when he wanted to. It was sooooo much fun. I need to get the pics from that.
So, I'm up for another week at school. FUN! But me and Coombes are trying to plan a trip to LQ next Saturday so whoever on LJ that knows us like Anne and Alex and people and want to go to LQ TALK TO US! We want LASERTAG! KK I'll be back later with some pictures from my partay!
