HP-OotP and Coffee Prince

I saw Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix the day it came out in Texas (July 10). It was the midnight showing, so my friends and I got there around 1900-ish. We were let into the theatre 3 hours early.

There wasn't as many people there are I had imagined there to be. A couple of Potterfans other than my own group, so the seats were opening and for the taking.

After finding our area, we had to find a way to keep ourselves entertained for three hours--which wasn't very hard, actually. There was a inane and unfinished game of Uno, lots of singing, and three trips to the bathroom. (Plus a 24-year old Potterfan dressed as Harry Potter with his $125 Gryffindor necktie.

My friend
shaneey sprayed her hair pink and draped herself in a flowing, green cape... while forcing me into her Potter-shirt, a Gryffindor robe, and a pair of ballroom gloves. (which I enjoyed wearing, quite honestly.)

It was fine.  I believe this one was the best out of all five.

But like all movies based off books, things will be missing. I usually don't mind that as much, as long as they got the good parts... but... had the DA-scene not been as good as it was... I really would've thrown a fit.

As of now, the only thing that really got me was how they didn't add in Harry "THEN I DON'T WANT TO BE HUMAN!!" CAPSLOCK OF RAGE!!! ... it really was the best part of the entire book. : |

Of course,
shaneey complained about Tonk's lack of screentime, but I don't think she matters honestly. (I still wonder where Remus and Draco was this entire movie...)

Luna was amazing. Adorably amazing. And Dolores Umbridge did a very good job, but I doubt people will care due to her character...

Harry's cute. : )

(Haha's at Draco's demotion. Poor baby.)

My mum and I decided to make 만두 today. (I think... they're called Potstickers in English...) So of course, hours worth of make these babies much be filled with a bit of Korean Drama entertainment.

I don't watch Korean Dramas, or T.V., very often... but she the first episode to a new series called "Coffee Prince." It had Yun Eun-Hae in it, so I figured, "Eh, why not? I like her."

Yun Eun-Hae starred in "Coffee  Prince" as this lanky, tall girl with a short,  boy cut. She looked like Osamu Adachi, and I thought I would fall in love with her she was so cute like that.

So she's the eldest daughter of a rather humble family, she works her ass off trying to earn a decent living for her family.

And one night she's riding her motor scooter trailing after this one guy, then this one guy snatches a chick's purse and tries to ride off with it. Yun Eun-Hae throws her helmet at him and knocks him off his bike. It's shown here that this guy is the same one trying to date her younger sister, so she throws this big act about how she got the thief and was now gonna turn him in, but uh-oh! Look as he escapes!

The woman is grateful for the return of her purse, of course... but her male companion as everything figured out and leaves Yun Eun-Hae with his phone number after making claims at what a scam she was.

With this, her bike is broken, her mother lost another woman's diamond ring, and she still needs to make sure there is rice on the table for dinner.

So with much consideration and though, she calls up the guy and tries to get money for her broken scooter.

This plan spirals down with them getting somewhat close (and the male-character still thinks Yun Eun-Hae's a guy) and so the male-character makes an offer.

Yun Eun-Hae would play as his gay lover to fight off all the female suitors his grandmother has called up for him. Yun Eun-Hae agrees. (She's getting money for all this, mind you.)

So the start of friendship (and possible romance) buds and I think this entire thing is immensely amusing.
