Potluck BBQ Tomorrow!!
I decided to organize a potluck BBQ a park for the fourth. I picked a small park that doesn't seem like it gets a lot of traffic, near to the center of everyone invited. Put a bare-bones pot luck menu together and then used www.partyplanner/orientaltrading.com to organize it all. The website is free and not only sends out e-invites, it also organizes the potluck items, and the guest list. I edited the pot luck list to allow everyone to add things as they liked. It has been the most laid back planning I have ever done. And I am very excited to go to the park and just have a good time hanging out with very good friends.
I am cracking up over the fact that V not only scoped out the park, but she is worried about getting a BBQ space, tables and parking and I haven't worried even a little bit about it. Still am not worried.
Even funnier is some of the people who have gone over board wanting to bring enough to feed 100 when there are gonna be roughly 24 people there. (possibly as little as 21)
