(no subject)
so i just got my final cheque to molly maid in the m ail along with a letter. in short it says that because i was in an accident i have to pay for it myself and that their insurance will not pay for it. along with that there was another apparent accident in which i have failed to report in which i also have to pay for a new hubcap for 25$. this also doesnt include the wheel alignment that is thrown off. (i had told them several times that it was off in which my weekly payment to the car was also made- yes i did weekly payments in addition.)
on christmas eve there was a horrible snow storm i was driving to get ash and i got into an accident. the car hit the median on the highway. it wasnt my fault. weather conditions in which they made me drive. after it had happened i called up work and told them that i DID NOT feel safe, and if i should call the police, fill out an accident report, etc etc. i was told to just keep going. because they are overly anal and continuously harass me even for taking an hour off to go to a specialist to get my heart monitored you could guess how they would feel about me not wanting to go to work because i didnt feel safe.
so anyways i will not be getting my 350 deposit back. in addition they took the more expensive estimate in which i was not able to choose. apparently when i went to them originally they wrote a different estimate up and that was my fault. so they had to go back again.
lawyers or people who are more so familiar with this subject please message me.
also they gossipped to other employees about my surgery, appointments, and harassed me, my partner in addition doctors on several occasions.
