(no subject)
Well I just got home from my parents'. I got alot accomplished this weekend.
Friday I didn't do anything really. When I got there no one was home so I went to turn around and got my car stuck in the mud. Ed couldn't get it out until morning. I just watched De-railed and napped.
Saturday morning mom woke me up at 9. I got ready and we headed out. I got my eyes checked and new contacts. We can't afford new glasses yet so everything's blurry when I wear 'em. The doctor said my change was expected because I am at the age I guess. My vision doubled. After that I waited for mom to finish getting her hair did, then we picked up our scripts, did a little shopping, and headed over to Tanger Mall. There wasn't really anything there. I got 2 halters from Gap, then went to Rue 21 and got a dress for graduation, a cropped jean jacket (Ed says I paid way too much for sleeves), a pair of shorts (which Ed says is the rest of my jean jacket), a tube dress, and a cute flowy black tank. We went home, made dinner and then went to the bowling alley for Relay for Life. Mom won 4 free meals to Arby's, some perfume set, and had 2 chances to bowl a strike for $20 or 50 cents a pin. She didn't win either time. The games were weird though. The first one was normal (I bowled a 72), the second was 9 pin (I got 119) and then the second was Partners where you bowled then your partner cleaned up your mess, then they bowl and you clean up their mess. Me and Ed got 119 and Mom and this Cassy girl got 156. We went to the Eagles after that for Michelle's birthday. We were there for sooo long. I was exhausted and mom kept saying "We're leaving soon". She kept wanting me to do shots with her. I wasn't in the mood. The DJ was giving away drink chips if you knew the artist and title of songs. I earned Ed quite a few drinks. They all talked me into doing the dance to Taking Care Of Business because they "didn't know how". Yeah right. They just wanted me to look like an ass at the bar. I was so tired I started crying and mom took me home. We filled out my housing papers, scheduled my orientation/registration, and finished some other papers for school. I was in bed around 2.
Today I got up around 11, we dyed easter eggs, the Easter bunny came so I had to find my stuff, then I packed up and headed home.
Florida is only 4 days away. I am so excited.
I have a paper due tomorrow, journals to type, and bags to carry downstairs.
