today
was by far one of the most frustrating days ever.
first off, apparently i was being rude so some obnoxious family of like 12 that came into icing today. the first time they entered the store, the 10 kids grabbed as many lollipops as humanly possible, so we[me and manager, kaity] hid them all. teh 2nd time they came in, kaity had already left so, i was by myself in the store. they wanted 2 of their 10 kids to get their ears pierced. fine. i did the 5 year olds first..she let me do the first, left year fine..had no problems..then the pain kicked in, and she wouldnt let me do the right ear. i stood there for 1/2 hr holding the gun and mind you, i couldnt ring out any other customers because i was all sanitized..so i finally took my gloves off and rang out the 4 customers that have now been waiting for 15 mins or so. 10 mins later, i go back to the piercing station. the little girl is 'ready' to get her ear pierced. she keeps moving, finally i pierce her ear. they want me to pierce the 2 year olds ears at the same time. i cant do that because i'm one person and it'd be REALLY fuckin hard to do 2 at once. so i told them to try claires. i call claires to warn them that there's an obnoxious family coming. she tells me 'i'm short staffed. stop sending me people'....okay bitch, sorry...so they indian family comes back. i refused to pierce the 2 year olds ear because i knew it would be the same situation because she looked terrified and was being forced into getting it done. so i told them that the store is too busy for me to pierce it while i was alone. so one of the 12 year olds is now translating to me what her mom was telling her to tell me which was somthing along the line of 'you were being rude, can we have the number to your compant/manager' so i gave them the 1800CLAIRES number. and i was reported for being rude and declining money/business. AWESOME. luckily, kaity understands why i ddint pierce the brats ear, and told me if anyone calls, she has my back. THANKS ASSHOLES FROM THE MIDDLE EAST. ughh:(
secondly, i was woken up today by being called a failure because of my whole scchool situation again.. i swear, its like tim leaves and bitch sophie comes out. its really quite frustrating and makes me kinda sad. because i dont think i could be alone wiht my mom for a day without fightin with her. whatever.
thirdly, my biggest pet peeve[spelling?] is when ppl dont get back to you. enough said. hahah.
fourthly, i've learned that sometimes you put someone as one of your top prioritys and they make it pretty clear that your not one of their top prioritys. its just sad...:(
its just that everyone/thing annoyed me today. it was a really bad day. :( all i needed was a hug and luckily krysia was there for me tonight.<3 sometimes you really learn who you could and cant lean on when you need them most.:( ....ehh, just something to think about, i suppose.
on the plus side, i have money. and i love it. hopefully gonna buy a new but used car by next summer. :) lets hope it all works out. <33
