Scott Peterson's guilty, first degree murder of Laci and second degree of their son.
I don't know how I feel. They obviously didn't state his punishment yet, but I don't think he deserves the death penalty, for two reasons.
- Life in prision's worse
- They're trying to get the point not to kill people across the world. Yet, that's how they resolve the problem of murder by killing someone. Pretty hypocritical if you ask me.
That's something I'm pretty big on, I think I'd rather watch someone rot in jail thinking about what they've done instead of just killing them. It's pretty much a way to get someone "off the hook". Oh well, personal opinion, right?
