Just so you know, I am wicked screwed with summer "homework." I have three more books to read and a math packet to do. This bites, summer is supposed to be FUN! Ohhh well OK I'm over that one.
Anyways, where did I leave off...ah yes, Thursday. Well as you know, I was forced to babysit my cousins from 3-6. I picked them up from camp and such and then stayed with them. Adam and I watched Rescue Heroes and made frozen lemonade slushies. wOoP wOoP. Tons of fun. So afterwardsss, I picked up Courtney and we went over to join Olivia and Eileen at the mall. Sooo much fun with those girls...especially in Filene's where Olivia put on a little show which a manequin's foot in the sock displays. I've rarely laughed harder in my entire life. After the mall Courtney and I went to meet Justin, Ryan, Sarah, Erica and Kelsey at Friendly's which was also fun. And that was it for Thursday.
I unfortunately had a dentist appointment on Friday which sucked because they told me that all 5 of my wisdom teeth have to be pulled. Yes, I do have 5 wisdom teeth; it wasn't a typo. Don't even ask why, because I have no clue. So yeah, other than that the dentist asked me if I floss because it looks like I do and i just told her no, I never do. She laughed. Fun story ;) After that I went over to Erin Archer's for a little get-together with her. Us and Kalin, Jill, and Holly made some pretty bracelets and had brownies Erin made. Good times. Kathy came to pick Grace and I up for dinner and we ran some errands, went to Uno's, and then back to her house to see the progress on her upstairs which is very nice, by the way. Sooo then I went to get Courtney and we drove around for a little while for no real reason at all and blasted Billy Joel (my obsession ;).
I took the day off work on Saturday and went down to UConn with Kathy, my sisters, Peggy, Megan, Matt, AJ and AJ's roomate Peter who showed us around some of the campus. They have like farms and cows and stuff down there...it was pretty cool :) Later on I came home, stopped by Stop and Shop, and then went to Kristin's for a little while and hung out with her and Marissa.
Sunday was pretty dull...went to chuch, worked during the afternoon, and then drove down to my Grandma's for dinner with the whoooole family. That was fun I guess. Yeah, it was. I had to take some time to decide hahaha. So yeah that was about it.
And here we are, Monday. I did nothing all morning...oh wait what am I talking about. Yes I did. I slept wicked late and when I woke up my plan was to do summer reading until I had to work at 4. Welllll my book ended up being in my mom's van (lucky for me :) so sadlyyy (haha) I could not complete my little summer reading plans. So after driving my sister's around the whole freaking city giving them rides and such I picked up Kristin and we went out to lunch at Subway. And in case you're wondering, they do NOT have "urban cheese bread." Because I know you were dying to know that. So we had a lovely lunch and then brought Ellen at sandwich at her work and said hi real quick. After I brought Kristin home I had to go and get ready for work at 4. I was stuck in that hell-hole for 5.5 freaking hours. Some lady yelled at me because I put her bleach and only her bleach in a bag, and she told me to make the bag lighter and that it was much too heavy and I can't be making her carry heavy bags because she lives on the 45893672th floor and has to climb up all the stairs and blah blah blah. So I was like, "Ma'am, that's your bleach" after her little rant and she was like, "Oh. OK. Could you please make the bags light for me honey?" Yeah that's all I need. Something good happened though...I saw some guy's shirt that said "I don't give a" and then it had a picture of a rat and a donkey under the words. In other words, "I don't give a rat's ass" which is one of my favorite little sayings. So now I'm determined to find that shirt. After work I was supposed to sleep over Kristin's but I ended up going over to Courtney's for a little par-tay with Taylor, Casey, Heather, Heather's friend Brooke, and Justin. We had ice cream in plastic cups and watched Laguna Beach and My Super-Sweet Sixteen. It was tons of fun.
So that's the current recap. So fascinating, I know. As I said, summer reading has to be done so hopefully I can focus on that in the next few days...well, weeks I guess. School bites and I don't wanna go back, I'm having too much funnnn :)
