We Had a Dream We Would Spin Around in Circles

So, as retailers do, they were advertising automobiles on TV. It was a very old-fashioned car commercial, in that they were actually talking about the features of the car, and not just trying to create a mood. I've really not saeen that approach since the 70s or so, and it pleases me. However, one of the selling points was a secret compartment where you can keep valuables in the car. They showed where it is. They showed where the button is that you push to open it. Words fail me.

We've got Everton vs. Southampton on TV for match of the day. Everton seems to be sponsored by Angry Birds, which seems weird to me. For whatever reason, the crowd keep singing "When the Saints Go Marching In". Repeatedly. That must be thr Southampton song. As an American, I associate that with New Orleans.

EPL guys flop worse than the NBA, which is saying something. Dude got brushed while airborne, landed squarely on his feet, then, after about a half second delay, fell over backwards.

And what a remarkable finish!

Blackburn won their game, but Doncaster failed to beat Wigan. I'm happy with that, They'll advance to the Championship League. Congratulations to any Wigan fans reading this.
