ahhh crazy day today-- had to work on a group project for english. we have to make up a modern day story of macbeth and act it out..grr.. so laine, des, and stef came over and worked on it for a bit... actually we mostly procrasinated, ate pizza, and looked at prom dresses. then des and stef went to kidnap jamie so he could help us with the project lol.. funny times. i think this project will actually be a success. its a really funny story
anyways, i was reading lindsay's lj entry and she is 100% right about everything. everyone is so caught up in little problems in their lives that they forget how lucky we really are. other people around the world are barely surviving. i was rereading some letters that the girl in the philippines we sponsor wrote us and she is soooo thankful to get a new pair of socks! it makes me feel very very spoiled. i think im going to go to the bank tomorrow, take some of my money out, and donate it to the red cross. thanks linds for opening my eyes about this. <3 ya!
