So the general consensus is that no one likes the show. Something that has become increasingly obvious is the fact that no one really likes each other all that much either. I'm with you guys there. I don't like everyone. I don't like the show. But the bottom line is, if we don't get our shit together, we are going to end up embarrassing ourselves in front of a thousand people AND ulman, and ruining STAGE for the future. No one's going to want to join if we put on shitty shows.
Yeah, people have left, we have a new director... again, people are fed up with the favoritism and politics of STAGE. I understand that. But look at what we did for Forum. We pulled a show out of our asses in a week. Everyone hated the show until opening night. I feel like this is how Saigon is gonna be. We are going to continue to fuck around and complain until we finally realize how important this show is to us. Don't let it get to be too late. Let's pull together, and start working together now.
Like CaseyMeeks said, if you have a problem with someone, leave it at the door.
Let's start working with each other, rather than against each other. No matter what, we aren't going to have fun, and we aren't going to be happy until we get our acts together.
So good luck you guys. I'm counting on you. We're all counting on you, to make this performance everything we know STAGE can, and should, be.
Also, I'm really curious as to what bad things you guys have to say about me. So go for it, anonymous guys! I'm so pumped about this! haha.
