2nd full day in Michigan
I'm getting...used to things around here, kinda. The roads are weird, and the signs are different, and there are a lot of one way streets, and the movies are way cheaper than at home...only 6.50 a ticket for a late showing guys! WOW!! Thats 3 bucks cheaper! I won't complain about that, but their mall kinda sucks compared to ours, but you know...what can you do? Everyone has a dielect!! Its uber cool! They almost sound Canadian...they say aboot instead of about. Its great! They deny it, they say WE have the dieliect...but we have none at all...just because we are boring like that.
Anyway...I'm getting used to my "room" and I kinda like having all the video games down there. I'm sleeping a little better, I always sleep bad in new places, but at least people are around now. When I was living alone I couldn't sleep well...I was so used to people being in the house, so I like people being around again. I don't like bickering with my sister though. Oh well...all around it's not bad, just different. I do miss Brian horribly...but this is a test on our relationship, and I know we will pass with flying colors...a little distance can't destroy a relationship of nearly 4 years. I don't think much can. But I still miss him though...a lot. I talk to him everyday...but that really isn't the same...at least its something. Stupid me sent all of his pictures and stuff to myu grandmas!!! I will be living there soon, so most of my things are there...and I didn't mean to send his pictures there...it was an accident...now I can't even look at pictures!!! BLEH! I have pics on my myspace though...I guess that will do until I can get some from my grandmas house.
I'm coming home and staying with a friend sometime this week. Brian has his big track meet and his open house so I have to make it home for that. Yes! I 4 HOUR DRIVE! lol a-frigin-mazing! It's really not as long as I thought it would be. Me and my brother and sister counted dead animals on the way...there were 173 dead animals. That passes the time awful quick. Deers counted as two...except one...it was half of a deer...that only counted as one. It was pretty sick to be honest. Actually...counting dead animals as a game was pretty sick in general I must admit. We were bored...what do you expect? SO the drive isnt that bad, but it might be alone...I don't know...guess I will find out.
I want Brian to come up here one weekend and go to the pretty island...its supposed to be gorgeous...I thought he and I and my family could all go camping or something...that would be a blast...I'm not really a nature girl anymore...I used to be...so it would be an experience. It's not the bugs, or the dirt, or the roughing it thing...its the heat, humidity, sun, and wild animals breaking into my bag for my strawberry shampoo! Bugs don't bother me...I see it as they are like...smaller than my pinky nail...I will squash them if they annoy me or bite me...ticks are a different story...I don't want one of those...I haven't even gotten a tick before...and I hope I never do...nasty little creatures!! BLECK! It would be tons of fun to hang out with Brian though...hes an outdoor kinda guy, and he will call me a pansy and tell me to suck it up...which will make things fun...we pick on each other like that. I kinda like the boy...a little...=D
Anyway...I think thats all I really have to say right now...this is a really long entry...oops...oh well...people like to know about me right? RIGHT?!?!?! Right. ;) bai all
