(no subject)
So, today at work my dad gets an update from the guy who's watching Sweetie while we're displaced. I guess she finally came out of the closet she was hiding in (which is hilarious because she used to always be in my closet and I'd tell my mom that the cat was a lesbian). She's not growling as much, though she does still hiss at anyone who goes near her. But C, the guy watching her, has two big cats who are hiding now from my little maybe-five-pound kitty. Seriously, I doubt she even weighs that much but cats twice her size are hiding from her. Go, Sweetie.
We were looking into hotels in case we're still out next week, but there doesn't seem to be anything available at a reasonable price, so we might still be here. Not happy about that but it could be worse.
Okay, I gotta work in the morning, so I'm off to read before going to bed. I've slept decently the last couple of nights, let's hope tonight goes well too.
