Okay, this came to me as I was cutting up veggies for my dinner tonight. Playing with sharp knives brings out the weirdest thoughts sometimes.

What if William Roque had a daughter named Rona that he didn't see very often? What if on a mission he runs across his daughter in the company of a axe carrying, one eyed man? Who is this man and just what is the Council?
