i'm finally home, and done traveling for the rest of the summer.
i'm back from hawaii and australia. i'm back from a week of camp upstate. i'm back from myrtle beach and i'm back from virginia. my summer has been so hectic and busy, but it's also been probablly the best summer of my life.
hawaii and australia were amazing. hawaii was beautiful. the beach was white sand and the water was so clear. the only thing is, in some sections of the ocean, there are a lot of rocks and coral and stuff. so you gotta watch out...i cut my foot on coral. it wasn't so bad at first, but then it got pretty infected. but anyways, in hawaii i didn't really become friends with most of my team yet. except for betsy and patty. they were so much fun. i miss them a lot. i like australia so much more. i loved it there and i cant wait to go back some day. australia was a lot more fun because me, patty, and betsy started to hang out with the guys on our team and we all started to be friends. and all of the guys were so fun to hang out with, especially harten and jared. and i loved hearing all of tyler, travis, and colton's funny stories. it was a great time. a lot of stuff went down in australia. most things are good memories, but some things i wish never would have happend. and i regret a few things i did. but that stuff didnt ruin my trip. i still had the best time of my life. and i met some of the coolest people ever. i miss everyone from team zippo so much.
camp was good this year. we had an awesome college team from ozark come up. they were so much fun. one of the girls, jessie, she spent 7 months in australia. so i had a lot of fun talking to her about that. and laura was the other girl on the college team. she was just so amazing. she had the best personality ever. so yeah camp was good. i really miss calub a lot, me and him could talk for hours, about the stupid stuff ever! he's always a lot of fun. i also miss the crazy eights. haha even though our leader quit and the gang fell to peices with out her. lol good memories. heh
so family vacation to myrtle beach and then to virgina. it was pretty fun. it was reallyy hot in myrtle beach. i think the funnest thing i did was go jet skiing. and i was finally old enough to drive it, and that was sooo much fun. we stayed in myrtle beach for about 6 days or so. then we left and stopped at virgina for 2 days. we went to a theme park called king's dominion. its a paramount park. we went there last year too. its a good park. they have good rides. it was a nice vacation, i had fun with my family.
so i am finally done with all my summer traveling. it's good to be home and not have to worry about packing for another trip in a few days. but also i love to travel, and i am really going to miss australia, but i miss all the people i met more. they were all such amazing people, and so much fun.
