I hate hallmark.................... with appassion.
Let me start off by saying that Rachel I am not mad at you. I am really really really really pissed at Hallmark for not hiring more people and always getting called in because of it. This is not your fault- its the Fischers (as always)
I am getting so sick of working at Hallmark, it feels like I am the only person that can ever cover for people when something happens. and of course I usually always go in. Now, Eric and I have made plans to celebrate Valentine's Days on Saturday the 25th. It was going to be an all day thing- dinner and a movie and getting to actually hang out with each other for more than 3 hours. We set plans for that day on account that 1. its a saturday 2. we don't have school and 3. Neither of us don't have to work. So yay right? nope.
Rachel was unable to work that day because she isn't coming home that weekend from school and didn't get a chance to tell Mary ann because the schedule was finished a lot faster than it normally is. So she was scheduled to work 1-9 on saturday the 25th.. the day of my big plans. so its down to two people to cover for her.. me of course as 1... and cathy as the other.
I am hoping, praying, that cathy can work that night because I have been looking forward to this day for so long. Eric and I have both been so busy (I worked Monday- Saturday).. working 6 days in a row.. which never happens, going to school- the past 4 days I've went to school than straight to work. I don't have any time to myself and when I do I am working on HW. It's the only thing that I have to look forward too, and I have to admit I may have shed a tear or two because I am so upset. I can't wait to find a job elsewhere, because I am getting so sick of ever being the only backup.
Sorry, I just had to get this off of my chest. I am so crushed right now but I'm going to try and not worry about it until I talk to Mary ann about it tomorrow. Hopefully all goes well and I dont have to work that day.
