Credit Card Companies Suck!
Stupid credit card Companies! Arrrrrrrgh! I think they purposely make it so it is the most difficult task in the world to get through to someone on their machine thing. All I wanted to do was talk to someone at Capital One! and was it a choice? Nope. I had to press the "change of information" button just to talk to someone. so. sad. This is what happened..
I was adding up my receipts to see how much I've spent on my credit card and was going to compare what I added up to what it said on the website. It was not adding up correctly.. they were charging me more on the website.. and why? They hit me with an overcharge fee! Now I know for a fact that I did not overcharge. My last statement date ended on Dec 20, 2005.. and I paid it all off. and I expected that on the 21st my limit would be set back to the $500... nope. Turns out that its set back to the limit AFTER they get my check which was Dec 31st. So of course I called and bitched. I had a hard time understanding her.. but I think she said she waived the fee and that the credit would be restored within 2 days. I can never understand what the people that work for big companies say because they have such heavy accents... But I hope thats what I got out of that.
