just got done sitting in the grass for the past half hour. i got off the bus and just felt like laying down. it felt good, i  mean can any of you ever say that you take at least 15 minutes out of your day to just sit? and do nothing. no distractions. just sit there listening sound of your breathing. you think about life and things, sometimes it makes me upset but most of the time i need that silence to resolve everything going through my life.  its hard enough for me to turn off my music for like 5 min., but you feel so much better after taking that time for yourself.

just some words of advice.
