i told you that jeff would break ur heart because i really dont think he loves you at all in the very least bit. I think he comes back becuase he alwys has this beautiful girl to come back to when he either bored of other girls or just want the most beautiful one around aka you. If he does love you but just can't stand youat times, its not love, becuase love works through things, small annoyances shouldn't be a reason for love to fail. If he loves you but doesnt want to break you heart then he'd be with you forever.
