Celtics Again...
i'm in a really bad mood this morning because the cable is out all because of this STUPID RAIN! so i can't watch tv which i have to do in order to wake up. but last night i had a great time at the celtics game WHICH THEY WON!!! so i'll tell you about that.
so, we drove into boston at around six thirty, where we were going to go to dinner in the north end, but there wasn't enough time. so instead we went to the game a lil early and i got popcorn and a coke, and life was good. our seats were ok, they were on one of the corners about ten rows back, and we had a pretty good view of the whole court. it was kind of a dissapointment though because we usually sit at center court but w/e. we had to watch lucky (the mascot) do all these weird stunts and do stuff to people for about half an hour until the teams started warming up, and this was when we walked down to get pictures of them. i only took pictures of delonte west because honestly, he's the only one who would look mildly good in a picture.
after they warmed up for a while, the announcer...announced(?) kelly clarkson who sang the national anthem. she was like amazing but i guess that she should be since she won american idol but she really was awesome. then the game started and i waited to see who would sit next to me, hoping that it would be a really cute guy(s) who came and did not have girlfriends. this had happened to me once and i had to sit through this whole show watching this really hott guy be all over this girl and i almost died. but, back to the story.
the guy turned out to be almost thirty with a wife and many beers. and a new hat which i heard about all night. so, this guy loves to yell and cheer and stuff, right? so one time when he gets up he completely knocks over his beer cup and it goes all over my new white sneakers!!! i couldn't even look at him after that...
but the short version is that the game was loads of fun, the celtics won, and i got those blow~up things that make noise when you hit them together so you can distract the other team while they are taking foul shots. YES!!!
