This is another one of those songs I wrote in high school. Or started. Okay, so I pretty much just came up with the title and first line.
So first off, here's the music for the lyrics below:

Have you ever known someone that you like (doesn't have to be a boyfriend or a girlfriend) most of the time but then every once in a while they got on your nerves and kind of piss you off? Maybe you like the person in general but they know how to push your buttons so they annoy you. So you don't really wanna be friends but you don't really want to walk away from the relationship? This song is kind of about that. It's about wanting to salvage the good parts while working through the bad but no matter what it always comes back to a fight. It's about being down on your luck, things starting to turn, but you know that eventually it'll all come crashing back down to earth. It's a downer. But it's fun. So it's really not that bad. As always, chorus in italics. Here we go now, Arguing Monday:
Arguing Monday
Nothing's going my way
Fighting some days
Bitch it's all in your head
Maybe one day
You will see things my way
One day, mourning
We'll turn the corner again
But it still ends the same way
Arguing Monday
It's not too late
Too late to save face
It's not too late
Too late to save face
Here we go now
Here comes the mad face
Arguing Monday
Nothing's going my way
Sunny some days
But there's always a storm coming in
Maybe one day
I'll believe what I say
Sunday morning
We've turned the corner again
Into the next day
And now we're arguing Monday
It's not too late
Too late to save face
It's not too late
Too late to save face
Here we go now
It's time for a solo I think
It's not too late
Too late to save face
It's not too late
Too late to save face
Here we go now
Arguing Monday
