Background story: During the War, Harry comes across Pansy Parkinson, who has been Marked. After some time, he decides to help her and protect her since she wants to leave Voldemort's ranks. He takes her to Grimmauld Place, hides her there and they begin to grow closer. No one knows about her being there and when they are outside the house Pansy wears a Glamour Charm. But! Bill Weasley is rather nosy, treats Harry like a little brother and pesters him about the girl he's "dating". This excerpt is from the conversation where Bill is told that Harry's girlfriend is a Death Eater. Though he isn't told that the girl is Pansy Parkinson until later in the timeline.
"Yes, you will." He sighed, "Worry is a big word, Bill. I assure you there are not going to be any problems, but I don't think you will like what I've been up to."
Cocking an eyebrow in confusion, Bill put down his cup, leaned on the table with his elbows and head resting in the palms of his hands. "I won't like it? Well, try and explain it and we'll see."
Harry heaved a sigh. "Remember how I told you she's been living with me? Well, it was not part of the original plan, but it was a... safety measure, so to speak." He paused, licking his lips, before lowering his voice to a whisper and not daring to look at him. "She's Marked, Bill."
Bill blinked, then blinked again. "Come again?"
Harry heaved a sigh. "My girlfriend bears the Dark Mark." He muttered.
Bill sat back in his chair, staring at Harry. Then blinked once more. "SHE WHAT?"
Harry winced and looked around the café. "Keep your bloody voice down." He glared, "I warned you about you not going to like it."
Bill looked sheepish, and kept his eyes on the table with embarassment. "Sorry. Just...really, really a surprise...She's a Death Eater. Okay, she's a Death Eater." He repeated, more to himself than Harry. "And she's been living with you, and I tried to set you up with her, and you're sleeping with her...and are you out of your mind!?"
