Title.- Modes
Rating.- PG-13 for Implicit sex
Fandom.- Katekyo Hitman Reborn!
Pairing.- Mukuro/Yamamoto
Author Notes.- This is very short. And, as always, Tati became my inspiration for a fic. xDDD ILU ♥

Mukuro, as Yamamoto soon realized, had two modes in bed: egoistical and narcissistic.

In the first one he would be utterly dominant, taking complete control of the situation and barely letting the other boy touch him; while in the other he would make Yamamoto, practically, do all the job, taking an almost lazy role.

Yamamoto was not complaining, though, in fact he found it rather amusing (not like he was going to tell Mukuro that, he liked his limbs without being stabbed, thank you very much). And he enjoyed them all the same, even learning to determine in which mood Mukuro was in for.

However, there were these times when his lover seemed somewhat off from either mode. Times he would touch and get a caress in response, or to be allowed to touch and caress as well; when he would discover a secret kiss being given at an unexpected time and place; when he would get a glimpse of a special look directed to him, and the littlest curve of lips.

It was then when Yamamoto could feel they were making love more than just having sex.

Title.- Oblivious
Rating.- PG-13 (?)
Fandom.- Katekyo Hitman Reborn!
Pairing.- Yamamoto->Gokudera, Mukuro->Tsuna. Sort of Yamamoto/Mukuro.
Author Notes.- I've been wanting to try something different with these two. IDK if I made it but I liked this fic in the end.

“Your hair is longer.”

Mukuro glanced at the other boy, tilting his head slightly as a hand ran slowly through his hair, though he didn’t show any surprise or annoyance; just a calm, almost lazy, expression as if a strange, unnoticeable familiarity in the atmosphere had overwhelmed him.

“Aa, you think?” He lazily took a bang of hair and pulled it over his forehead, looking at dark indigo with mild interest, not quite finding the aforementioned difference. “How can you tell?”

The other boy moved his hand away and laughed. “Ahahah, dunno. I just can, I guess.”

“Kufufu, you have too much free time, Takeshi.”

Yamamoto grinned as he lay down into the grass, looking at the starry sky with slight expectation. Mukuro, at his side, did the same.

They were in one of those japanese festivals, wearing traditional yukatas, wooden sandals and, in Mukuro’s case, a fox’s mask (which now was resting by his side); now only waiting for the promised fireworks after having tried out all the games and food that the small stands had to offer.

“Aren’t you going back yet? The spectacle might start at any moment.”

Yamamoto kept quiet for a moment, before stretching happily in his spot.

“Nah, not yet. It’s too comfortable here.”

“Oya, but you’re not gaining any points by staying here.”

“Ahahah, but you aren’t either, Mukuro.” Yamamoto laughed amusedly, turning his head to the side a little to look at the Italian.

“Not yet. But, unlike you, my idiot friend, I have a plan for tonight.” Mukuro pointed out as if it were the most obvious thing to expect. A playful smile on his lips.

“Ooh, you do? Will I know what is it about?”

“Kufufu, let’s say it’s just an unharmful midnight visit.”

“Ahahahah, Tsuna is gonna freak out!”

“What makes you so sure? Anything could happen.”

“Aa, dunno. You know Gokudera has some sort of radar to prevent those things from happening.”

Mukuro frowned, annoyed by the idea of having to deal the goddamn dog barking around while he tried to make his move.

“And whose fault do you think that is? If you did things right he wouldn’t be a problem, since he’d be occupied attending other matters.”

Yamamoto’s cheeks tinted of a pale pink even so slightly.

“Maa maa, it’s not that easy.”

“It’ll be if you followed my advice.”

“Ahaha, but I didn’t want to end unconscious for the rest of the night!” He laughed, yet not as bitterly as he had used to, but much more amusedly than anything else. “Besides, I wanted to see you in a yukata, so I couldn’t afford not being able to, ne?”

Mukuro then turned around his head to look at the other boy, with an elegant eyebrow barely raised and the small smile in his lips he was no longer able to get rid off whenever they were like this.

“So what? The dog is wearing one too.”

“Yeah, but I’ve already seen him with one before. You, in the other hand, I haven’t.”

“And what’s so special about it?”

Yamamoto then turned to look at him too. With that unusual glint in his eyes-which, however, had started to become more frequent-making his gaze look more intense.

“Just wanted to see if it suits you. And well, it does.”

There was a somewhat long pause before a sudden explosion of color in the sky marked the start of the fireworks’ play, giving them both the perfect chance to look back at the vast indigo. Blue, red, yellow and purple tinted the sky, twisting and running to form many different figures over dark canvas.

None of them spoke again for a moment, at least until Yamamoto decided to sit up in one movement.

“Well, I should be going now.”

“Yes, you should.”

He let the words linger in the air long enough before finally standing up. Almost as if he didn’t really want to leave, but that it was something he must do.

“See you around, Mukuro. Tell me if your plan actually worked.”

“You too, Takeshi. If you finally get any, that's it."

"Ahahahah~"

He hurried to meet his friends, with Tsuna flailing over something and Gokudera threatening someone to death. It was not that he was oblivious to what was going on. It was simply easier to ignore, plus it didn't feel as the right time yet. Mukuro too seemed to keep playing along anyway, so he did as well. So he supposed it was all well for now.
