Double Header
the weather wasn’t as beastly hot as I expected. We lost both games but it was because we beat ourselves with errors. I had a hit, two walks and one hit by pitch (and one fly out to center).
I also had the most spectacular diving catch in right field that i came up with for a double play at second. The runner thought, rightly so, that if there was a God in heaven that there was no way that ball was getting caught and left the bag with out waiting for the tag up. Consequently I disproved the existence of God with a super human effort, caught the ball and made the throw to second base.
Softball tomorrow at 10pm and then a full week off of team sports!
